1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use jl2, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines. Registration is open to eligible Filipino adults, and by creating an account you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that all information you provide during sign-up is accurate and complete. Each person may hold only one account on jl2 — duplicate or multiple accounts per individual are not permitted and may result in account suspension. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure; sharing your account details with another person is prohibited. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact us immediately at [email protected]. jl2 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point to confirm that account details remain accurate and that eligibility requirements are met.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and ₱ PHP Transactions

All financial transactions on jl2 are conducted exclusively in Philippine pesos (₱ PHP). When you deposit funds into your jl2 account wallet, the amount credited is the amount received after any applicable payment provider fees — jl2 is not responsible for third-party processing charges applied by your chosen payment method. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, and are subject to identity verification checks before release. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated periodically; it is your responsibility to check current limits before initiating a transaction. jl2 does not accept deposits made by third parties — all funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Any funds that are found to have originated from fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment sources will be voided and the account will be suspended pending investigation. 3. Sports Betting and Games Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on jl2, you accept that all outcomes are determined by the rules governing the relevant sport, event, or game, and that jl2's decisions on settlement are final. Pre-match and in-play sports bets are accepted up to the cut-off time displayed on each event; bets submitted after the cut-off will not be accepted. In the event of a sporting fixture being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, jl2 will apply standard void and refund procedures as published in the FAQ — affected stakes are returned to your account wallet. For casino-style games, the rules and return-to-player information for each individual game are displayed within the game interface and should be reviewed before play. Jackpot events are governed by the specific terms published in the jackpot section at the time the event is active; general Terms and Conditions apply in addition to event-specific rules. jl2 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is clear evidence of technical error, data feed failure, or attempted manipulation of the platform. Member rewards points are calculated based on qualifying activity as defined in the rewards programme terms, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension

You agree not to use jl2 for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to the platform or to other members. Prohibited conduct includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts, using software or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage, exploiting errors or system glitches for financial gain, colluding with other players, and providing false identity information during registration or verification. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with jl2's platform systems, odds feeds, or data is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. jl2 monitors account activity and betting patterns to detect irregular behaviour; accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately and any pending withdrawals held pending investigation. If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email and given the opportunity to respond before a final decision is made, except in cases of serious fraud where immediate action is necessary to protect the platform and other members. Appeals regarding account suspension can be submitted to [email protected] with supporting documentation. jl2's decisions on matters of account integrity and prohibited conduct are final.

5. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

All content on jl2.bio — including but not limited to the platform design, logos, text, graphics, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the intellectual property of jl2 or its licensed partners and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written permission. You may not frame, mirror, or scrape any part of the jl2 website for any purpose. jl2 uses reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your account data, but cannot guarantee absolute security against all possible data breaches; you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own login credentials. 7. Limitation of Liability and Changes to Terms

jl2 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times; scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may temporarily affect your ability to access your account or place bets. jl2 is not liable for any loss of earnings, missed betting opportunities, or other consequential damages arising from platform downtime, data feed errors, or events outside our reasonable control. Any winnings credited to your account as a result of a clear technical error or erroneous odds will be voided and the correct amount recalculated; jl2's determination of what constitutes an error is final. These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in platform features, applicable regulations, or operational requirements.
